You are a naturally inspiring leader with at least 3+ years in a similar role. You are highly strategic with a proven track record in coming up with highly engaging and effective creatives for the online and bricks and mortar space.

As our Creative Director, you oversee the Marketing and creative teams to ensure all content is innovative, eye catching and that it aligns with our brand identity.

The role will entail (but is not limited to):

• Leading design input to the development and planning of campaigns and other major initiatives, ensuring design approach compliments and best enables the company’s wider objectives

• Managing department budgets

• Coaching and mentoring marketing and creative team

• Working closely with Senior Management team to align business objectives

• Driving the Creative Strategy (art, video and marketing)

• Contributing to the strategic planning and direction of the organisation

• Signing off on all creative collateral that needs pre-approval (graphics and copy)

• Succession planning

• Recruitment and selection of Marketing and Creative Team

• Providing valuable input to help grow the Marketing and Creative team in line with company objectives and people strategy

• Leading the development and delivery of solutions, from content work to larger marketing campaigns

• Reporting key metrics and insight to Senior Management Team and wider Marketing team

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong communication skills
