    Reporting to the CEO, your role will entail (but is not limited to):

    • Conceptualizing and executing the US marketing strategy

    • Manage the US Marketing budget

    • Build out your own team in the US

    • Getting involved in wider global marketing meetings to help be the voice of reason for the USA market

    • Develop and maintain marketing strategies that make the most commercial sense for the USA (including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and traditional advertising) with the support of the wider marketing team

    • Work with other business units, including (but not limited to) Finance, eCommerce, Creative, and Product to drive marketing initiatives in the US

    • Manage the operational activity to expand in the US (including office relocation and recruitment)

    • Copywriting and creative direction for marketing initiatives

    This role is suitable for a mid to senior level marketing guru!

    • Marketing degree

    • Minimum 5 years experience in a mid-senior marketing role

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Creative
